"Pretty good, but the brand list could be better"
I tried LegitGrails and the brand list is decent, especially if you're checking the bigger luxury names. But I had a couple of items from less common brands and they just weren't supported, which was kind of frustrating because... yeah. It’s useful if your item is from a popular brand, but I wish they covered more. Not bad overall, just not quite there for what I needed.

The payment did go through in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but the process felt a little confusing. I had to poke around to find the right option, and for a few minutes I wasn’t sure whether it had actually processed or not. I did get the confirmation eventually, which was a relief. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think it’s only fair to customers to make payment steps and confirmations clearer.

I’ve been trying to use this while abroad, and it’s been frustrating. It feels like every time I need it to work, something goes wrong or it just doesn’t load properly. Maybe it works fine for everyone back home, but being overseas makes it feel like I’m the one stuck dealing with all the issues.

I was nervous I was getting fooled because the turnaround took way longer than I expected. I kept waiting and checking for updates, but it just dragged on. In the end, it was slower than I was comfortable with, and the whole experience wasn’t great.

I appreciated having order tracking available, but the updates didn’t really tell me much. The status barely changed for days, so I kept checking on my own anyway. It wasn’t the end of the world, and the order did show up eventually, but the whole update system felt useless and a bit annoying...

"My gut says the dispute process isn’t worth it"
I had to file a dispute, the whole thing just felt messy from the start. Replies took forever, and I never got the sense that anyone was actually looking at my side of the situation. Maybe it works better for other people, but my gut feeling was that I was just being pushed through a process. I ended up more stressed than when I started, so I wouldn’t use it again

I used legitgrails once and it felt mostly trustworthy overall. The result came back fine, but I just wasn’t 100% sure about a few details. Support was okay too, just a little slow to respond. Decent experience overall.

Once I paid, the support slowed down a lot. I had to follow up twice and still didn’t really get a clear answer. Maybe it’s fine if you don’t need much help after buying, but in my case it was frustrating. I wouldn’t use them again...

"Got the certificate, but kind of regret it"
I used LegitGrails to check a bag, and to be fair, the certificate came back quickly. It looked clean and professional enough, and it included the basic info I was expecting.
That said, after paying for it, I found myself wishing there was more explanation behind the decision. It felt more like a quick yes-or-no result than something that really showed why the bag was considered authentic.
It might still help if I decide to resell the bag, but I’m not totally convinced every buyer would put much trust in it. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I do have a little buyer’s remorse because I expected it to feel more reassuring...

I tried it out while I was looking up a few different brands, mostly during a random weeknight when I had some time to compare things, and it did well with the common, well-known ones. For smaller or less familiar brands, though, it felt like it could use a bit more knowledge or detail. Overall it’s useful, but I wouldn’t rely on it for every brand.

"Didn’t feel very professional"
To be fair, maybe I just caught them on an off day, but my experience didn’t feel very professional. The replies were short and a little cold, and I had to repeat the same question more than once. It just felt a bit messy overall and not very customer-friendly. I was expecting better from a service like this

I’ve used LegitGrails a few times now, and overall it’s been helpful. I was a bit anxious when I sent in one of the checks, and that result came back really clear, which made me feel better. Another one felt kind of vague though, and it took me a while to fully trust it. Not a bad service at all, I just wish the answers felt a bit more consistent each time.

I don’t think this was worth the price at all. It felt way too expensive for what it is, and I definitely regret not reading the reviews before buying it.

"Pretty much what I expected with refunds"
I kind of already figured getting a refund would be a hassle, and this experience basically proved that to me. I had to explain what happened and wait it out, which is exactly the sort of thing I was expecting. To be fair, once the details were clear, it did get handled, but it still left me feeling like refunds are rarely as simple as they should be.

I used legitgrails.com and, to be fair, everything came through fine in the end. But the updates were kind of lacking, and I felt like I had to chase them a bit instead of just being kept in the loop.
They did respond when I asked, so it wasn’t a total mess or anything, but the replies didn’t always tell me much. Not a bad experience overall, I just think they could do a better job being clearer during the process.
